High Quality DQ General Overhead Crane
Structural characteristics of general bridge cranes
A general-purpose bridge crane primarily consists of a bridge, a trolley mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment. The bridge has either a single-girder or double-girder structure. Single-girder bridge cranes offer a simpler structure and lower cost, making them suitable for light to medium loads. Double-girder bridge cranes, on the other hand, offer a sturdier structure and greater load-bearing capacity, making them suitable for heavy and extra-heavy loads. The trolley mechanism is driven by an electric motor, and its wheels travel smoothly on tracks laid within factories and workshops, enabling long-distance and large-scale transport. The trolley mechanism moves back and forth on the bridge to lift, lower, and shift materials. Bridge cranes are also equipped with electrical equipment such as control systems, limiters, and control consoles to ensure accuracy and safety during operation.
